November Real Estate Data for Oahu an Improvement Compared with a Year Ago
Compare November 2009 with November 2008 when examining Oahu real estate sales data and your spirits are bound to lift. In November 2009 249 single family homes and 407 condominiums were sold on Oahu, compared with 170 single family homes and 201 condominiums in November of 2008. This is a marked improvement in sales, likely due in part to the first time home buyer’s tax credit which was set to expire at the end of November.
Oahu real estate sales are steadily improving, low interest rates and lower home values have created a climate of a buyer’s market. If you are interested in looking at real estate on Oahu contact John Riggins today, for excellent service and a wealth of knowledge.
