Ko Olina is bustling with building activity these days.  With construction of the Disney Resort underway as well as two shopping centers nearing completion, Ko Olina has a busy future in front of it.  The two shopping centers Ko Olina Center and Ko Olina Station are scheduled to be completed in November, Ko Olina Station in early November and Ko Olina Center by Thanksgiving.  The shopping centers will house restaurants, shops ranging from footwear to jewelry, and offices that will include dental, medical and real estate.

The restaurants that will be in the new Ko Olina shopping centers include Hawaiian Barbecue, Roma Pizza, Just Tacos Grill & Cantina and the Wyland Grille.  ABC Store will have an expanded upscale version of its store which will have an expanded deli and wine selection.
