As Kapolei real estate development realizes the dream of Oahu’s "Second City," other areas are expected to grow as well. One of the fastest growing areas of growth in Kapolei is in new jobs. The projection is of 38,000 new jobs in Kapolei by 2025.
This growth is giving rise to numerous improvements as well. Kapolei road projects are improving travel in and out of town. New Kapolei real estate developments are bringing more dining, shopping and entertainment. And Kapolei is becoming a place for sustainable energy as new projects innovate.
