Kapolei Road Project News: Ground Broken on Extension
Kapolei Parkway extension started
As part of a comprehensive project to improve the roads on Kapolei real estate, as well as the roads connecting Kapolei to Honolulu, many road projects are underway. And another just got started. The Kapolei Parkway extension broke ground on Monday, and construction is underway. The Honolulu Advertiser reports on the Kapolei Parkway extension:

the Kapolei Parkway extension and North-South Road are expected to open
at the same time, creating a new route to the freeway via a yet-to-be
constructed H-1 interchange at North-South Road.
