With home prices a little lower, now is the time to buy
Interest rates are lower than they have been in quite some time. And Kapolei home prices are also a little lower. Indeed, even with the real estate market the way it is, there is reason to buy. It is a buyer’s market in Kapolei real estate, and with all of the development taking place, the chances are very good for a recovery down the road, in all likelihood justifying your investment. The Star-Bulletin reports on what Governor Linda Lingle says about the growth of Kapolei real estate:
There is a time and a place for large-scale land development projects.
We have many such places on Oahu, such as the downtown and Kakaako
urban areas and the developing second city in Kapolei.
