Kapolei Business Park investor sells hotel on Olohana Street
A new timeshare is coming to Oahu.
The Royal Garden Hotel, which is located in Waikiki on the Ala Wai side, has been sold to Wyndham Vacation Ownership.
Will the new cash be pumped into the Kapolei Business Park? Or is it a sign of different things to come?
KGMB 9 reports on the Hawaii real estate deal:
Jupiter Holdings Inc., an investor in Kapolei Business Park, has sold the Royal Garden Hotel on Olohana Street on the Ala Wai side of Waikiki. The buyer is Wyndham Vacation Ownership, which plans renovations and a timeshare conversion later this year.
