L.A. developer plans 22-acre film studio near Campbell Industrial Park
The movie business may be coming to Kapolei real estate. An L.A. developer is planning to build a film studio on Kapolei real estate, near Campbell Industrial Park. Pacific Business News reports on the specs of this planned film campus:
The final build out will include 60,000 square feet of offices;
dressing rooms; set construction, production and retail space; and an
annex for the University of Hawaii’s Academy for the Creative Media,
according to a conceptual master plan on SHM’s Web site.
