Kapolei Property Development Says Road Development Efforts Will Help Growth
Kapolei real estate expansion as a result of road development
Kapolei real estate growth is expected to helped along by the road development planned by the city, and carried out by Kapolei Property Development. The project also includes land for a new transit facility, and plans to make traffic flow into and out of Oahu’s "Second City" smoother. Not only that, that Kapolei commercial real estate and job growth are expected to benefit. The roads are projected to be completed by the end of 2010. In additiona to the eight roads, the projects include the extension of the Palailai pedestrian mall and the installation of six traffic signals.
