Some Hawaii Home Prices Drop
It might be a good time to buy some Hawaii real estate
Some Hawaii home prices are dropping. While some Hawaii real estate in areas near Kapolei are experiencing a drop, Kapolei home values have remained relatively stable. These prices, however, represent an increase in affordability, and it might be a good time to buy Hawaii real estate. The Honolulu Advertiser reports on the Hawaii real estate market:
"Some of the market probably did some overshooting, so I would expect some pullback from that," said local economist Mike Sklarz.
